Ambassadors for Christ – Baptist Church
Mission Statement
Our mission at Ambassadors for Christ – Baptist Church is to fulfill the Great Commission given to the church by our Saviour – the Lord Jesus Christ. As – Ambassadors for Christ, we have a duty to share the Good News with everyone we meet. In the day and age, we are living, “time is of the essence” for folks to come to Christ. We are living in some perilous times that is for sure. People need the Lord now more than ever before. Jesus, and His Bible are the only things that we can trust in this crazy world.
At Ambassadors for Christ – Baptist Church, we will forever stand firmly on the 1611 Authorized King James Bible. We hold to the scripturally mandated time-honored psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs of the faith for our style of music in our worship services.
Ambassadors for Christ – Baptist Church supports our U.S. Constitution. Although not “inspired” by God – like His Bible is, we believe that the Constitution of this great land is a document that still – is inspiring to those who read it, and who firmly stand upon it.
Ambassadors for Christ – Baptist Church supports law, and order. Ambassadors for Christ – Baptist Church supports law enforcement. Ambassadors for Christ – Baptist Church supports our police, military, fire-fighters, first-responders, and all other people who are serving to protect our way of life, and who lay their lives on the line every day to keep us all safe.
Ambassadors for Christ – Baptist Church supports the right of free-speech, the right of assembly, the right to bear arms. Ambassadors for Christ – Baptist Church believes that every job is essential. Ambassadors for Christ – Baptist Church believes that “every life matters”; including that of the unborn child, and the defenseless elderly person living in an assisted living facility or a nursing home. I sincerely hope you will come visit us sometime soon.
In Christ, Pastor James Waddell
